As the daughter of a highly successful real estate and mortgage broker professional, Lauren Mennella not only inherited exposure to the industry early on, but also developed a deep passion for the beauty of homes. Raised in Long Island, New York, Lauren moved to South Florida in the 1990s, seeking the unparalleled lifestyle and opportunities provided by the Sunshine State. As her successful career in the beauty industry came to an end, Lauren obtained her Florida real estate license, and has successfully been matching customers with their perfect properties since 2019.

Previously, Lauren was the vice president of trade marketing and sales for renowned beauty brand Elizabeth Arden. Her real estate customers benefit from Lauren’s wealth of sales and marketing expertise in the luxury goods sector. Having personally moved several times, as well as buying and selling houses of her own and renovating and managing vacation rentals, Lauren knows what it is like to be in her customers’ shoes.
